2010 PGAC National Propane Government Day

Get Involved on May 4, 2010!

Once again, the PGAC is preparing for its National Propane Government Day - one of the many tools used to increase our industry’s profile and to raise issues with government and elected officials.

This year’s event is scheduled for May 4, in Ottawa and will focus on a number of issues including raising awareness about:

  • How the environmental benefits of propane fit into the government’s environmental agendas;
  • The economic advantages of propane for customers and the Canadian economy;
  • The propane industry’s participation and feedback into the Rail Service Review;
  • The impact of Environment Canada’s Environmental Emergencies (E2) Regulations;
  • Other issues brought forward to PGAC members.
