PGAC Publications

1075news

The PGAC publishes the 1075news series, a collection of written and electronic tools that are used to communicate the majority of messages to members. The series includes:

1075news alerts* – For emerging issues that are deemed high priority news requiring prompt and mass dissemination, and timely action, the PGAC sends numbered email alerts to relevant member groups. The emails often contain attachments or web links to important information. All alerts are archived in the secure Members Area of the PGAC website for reference at any time.

1075news bulletins – For emerging issues that are deemed less urgent, the PGAC sends numbered email bulletins to relevant groups. Bulletins are archived in the secure Members Area of the PGAC website for reference at any time.

1075news bytes* – Members receive a PGAC e-newsletter every month. The newsletter is distributed by email as a .pdf attachment with multiple live links. An archive of newsletters is available on the PGAC website for convenient access at anytime. [ Access recent newsletters... ]

1075news talk – The PGAC publishes a communication in every edition of Propane Canada magazine, which is published 6 times per year and is mailed to subscribers. Members who do not subscribe can access the bi-monthly communications at anytime on the PGAC website. [ Access recent magazine inserts... ]

1075news events – The PGAC releases regular updates about PGAC events to members and industry stakeholders through email, direct mail, media and event web pages on the PGAC website.

* Get on the List! All employees of member companies are invited and encouraged to be added to the distribution lists of the newsletter and/or the alerts (at no extra cost). To be added or removed from a PGAC distribution list, a few items of personal information are required to create and/or update your member profile. Use the form located in the Stay in Touch section and Member Services will fulfill your request.

Propane Market Study (2009)

An analysis of the Canadian propane market by Purvin & Gertz that includes an overview of the propane market and information on supply, demand, and the economic impact of propane.  For the first time, it also includes a propane supply and demand forecast to 2015. Detailed information is available by province, source, product and end use.  This and previous market studies/statistical reviews are archived in the secure Members Area of the website.
